Job summary

PTC Inc is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to join our remote US team, preferably in the Eastern Time Zone. You will deliver the technical aspects of customer implementations, migrate PLM/QMS data to and from Arena, and provide guidance on the Arena API.

The role emphasizes data cleaning, transformation, LOE estimation, and supporting multiple projects concurrently. A manufacturing background is a plus, with 4+ years of software solution implementation experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience mapping, transforming, and loading data from source to target software systems.
• Experience in software solution implementation projects.
• BS or MS in a relevant engineering or CS field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, cleanse, format data and import into Arena.
• Extract data from Arena for delivery to a customer.
• Provide Arena API guidance to customers.
• Gather technical requirements and develop LOE and time estimates for projects.
