Job summary

PTC is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to deliver the technical aspects of customer implementations, focusing on migrating PLM/QMS data to Arena and guiding customers on the Arena API. The role requires strong data engineering and consulting skills, with a background in High Tech manufacturing or related fields preferred.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience mapping, transforming, and loading data from source to target software systems.
• 4+ years of proven technical consulting in a software solution implementation setting.
• Experience with PLM/QMS data migration and Arena API guidance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, cleanse, format data provided by the customer and import into Arena.
• Extract data from Arena for delivery to a customer.
• Provide Arena API guidance to customers.
• Gather technical requirements from a customer and develop an LOE and time estimate for that project.
• Participate in internal projects to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
