Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to join our team remotely, supporting developers building on Stripe. You will explain technical concepts, assist with integrations, and contribute to guides and samples to help users succeed with Stripe's infrastructure.

We value strong writing, multi-language coding skills, and the ability to work across time zones to support customers. This role is remote but aligned with Mountain or Pacific time zones in the United States.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of full‑stack software development experience.
• Ability to explain Stripe concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Writes clean code in multiple languages and can read others' code.
• May require weekend coverage for monitoring/critical infrastructure over time zones.

Responsibilities

• Explain technical concepts about Stripe’s products and build and debug integrations with developers.
• Produce and improve guides to help users succeed with Stripe.
• Interact with developers of varying skill levels across multiple channels.
• Develop and maintain internal/external documentation, examples, and code snippets.
• Identify friction points and collaborate with engineering to improve Stripe products.
