Job summary

BairesDev seeks a Technical Manager to lead software delivery, translating client needs into concrete delivery plans, team structures, and proposals. You will collaborate with sales, delivery, and presales to articulate value and define delivery approaches across software engineering, AI, data and analytics, cloud, and quality.

This 100% remote role involves traveling to engage leads and present technical capabilities, shaping how our solutions are sold and delivered on a global scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building software with teams in the SDLC.
• 3+ years in a specific SDLC area, language or tech.
• Experience selling technology outsourcing via presales or sales.
• Subject matter expertise in one or two verticals.

Responsibilities

• Meet with leads and prospects with the sales team; translate requirements into documents and value propositions.
• Travel to meet leads and attend events as the technical expert.
• Engage in technical conversations to determine ideal solutions and team compositions.
• Collaborate with presales on proposals, estimates, and team recommendations.
• Provide consultancy on best practices in software delivery within your area.
