Job summary

Congruity360 is seeking a Technical Professional Services Engineer to guide customers through implementation lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, translating requirements into architectures and workflows. The role combines customer-facing technical leadership with solution design to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in professional services, solution architecture, or similar roles for enterprise software or cloud solutions.
• Proven pre-sales and delivery experience with demos, POCs, RFPs and deployments.
• Strong cloud knowledge across AWS, Azure or GCP with experience integrating enterprise systems.
• Strong SQL experience for reporting and analytics.
• Hands-on experience with search technologies like Elasticsearch or Solr.
• Security best practices and scripting (PowerShell/Python/Bash); Kubernetes a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field; cloud/Kubernetes/security certs are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery across engagements, including tailored demos and POCs.
• Own technical requirements and feasibility; coordinate data, environments and resources.
• Provide technical input to RFPs and ensure alignment between customer needs and capabilities.
• Design end-to-end solutions with secure connectivity and IAM considerations.
• Develop reusable reference architectures and supporting documentation to standardize delivery.
