PowerPlan, Inc. is seeking a Lead Technical Consultant to own complex technical delivery across enterprise implementations, upgrades, integrations, and cloud initiatives—from discovery through go-live and stabilization.

This senior individual-contributor role provides autonomy over how a workstream is solved, including setting technical approach, readiness decisions, and escalation when needed. You will help shape PowerPlan's Professional Services, deliver scalable solutions, and build

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred PMP or similar project/delivery certification.
Experience delivering complex technical projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical workstream end-to-end—from discovery through go-live and stabilization.
Make readiness decisions based on evidence at design, build, and cutover gates.
Translate complex topics for engineers, business stakeholders, and executives.
Transfer knowledge to enable customers to operate and support the solution independently.
Connect technical decisions to cost, schedule, risk, and client obligations.
