Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to bridge engineering expertise and strategic business development for government, nonprofit, and commercial clients. You will translate complex client requirements into practical technical architectures while supporting proposal development, solution design, and engineering initiatives.

Qualifications

• Professional Experience: At least five years of professional experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, full-stack engineering, or a related technical role involving collaboration across product, design, research, and business development teams.
• Technical Architecture and Solution Engineering: Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures, deployment workflows, and practical implementation strategies.
• Cloud Platforms: Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Containers and DevOps: Docker and Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
• Information Security and Compliance: SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST SP 800-53.
• Identity and Access Management: SSO, SAML, OIDC, RBAC.
• Programming and Technical Tools: TypeScript and Python advantageous.
• Cross-Functional Project Experience: Collaborating across engineering, product, design, research, growth, and delivery teams.
• Additional Certifications: AWS, GCP, Azure, CCNA, CCDA, Security+, CISSP, CSP advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject-matter expert on technical capabilities and service offerings to develop scalable, secure technical solutions.
• Proposal Development and Technical Reviews: Collaborate with growth and engineering teams on RFPs/RFIs and other materials.
• Partner with capture managers to develop technical narratives and supporting documentation.
• Cloud Architecture and Infrastructure: Design secure, scalable systems on major cloud platforms.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align technical approaches with business objectives across multiple teams.
• Support internal engineering projects and contribute to design of technical solutions for proposals and demonstrations.
• Process Improvement: Identify gaps in collaboration and delivery workflows and strengthen coordination.
• Maintain reliable internet access for remote work and participate in occasional in-person meetings as required.
