Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer in the United States to bridge engineering and business development for government, nonprofit, and commercial clients. Qualifications

• Five+ years in sales engineering or related technical role.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable architectures and deployment workflows.
• Experience with AWS, Azure and GCP.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes; CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of security frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST SP 800-53.
• Familiarity with SSO, SAML, OIDC, RBAC, and identity management.
• Programming knowledge in TypeScript or Python is advantageous.
• Strong communication for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Cross‑functional project experience across engineering, product, design, growth and delivery.
• Startup experience and relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure technical solutions from client requirements.
• Review RFPs and RFIs to craft feasible technical responses.
• Support capture teams with technical narratives and proposal content.
• Contribute to cloud architecture design using major platforms and containers.
• Incorporate security and compliance into proposed solutions.
• Collaborate with growth, engineering, product, design, research and delivery teams.
• Assist hands‑on engineering for demos and technical challenges.
• Translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders.
• Identify process gaps and drive improvements across BD, engineering and delivery.
• Onboard on internal tools and opportunities with progressive responsibility.
