Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to bridge engineering expertise with business development across government, nonprofit, and commercial opportunities. You will design secure, scalable digital solutions and translate client requirements into practical architectures while supporting proposal development and engineering initiatives.

Based in the United States, you will work with growth, product, design, and delivery teams to shape technical responses and demonstrate feasibility

Qualifications

• At least five years of professional experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, full‑stack engineering, or a related technical role.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures and deployment workflows.
• Experience with cloud platforms and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject‑matter expert on technical capabilities and services to design scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with growth and engineering to review RFPs/RFIs and craft technical responses.
• Support capture managers with technical narratives, proposal content, and presentation materials.
• Contribute to cloud architecture, security, and compliance in proposed solutions.
• Translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders and decision makers.
• Identify gaps in collaboration and delivery workflows and suggest improvements.
• Develop internal tools and onboarding processes to support opportunity development.
• Travel occasionally for project meetings and training as needed.
