Job summary

CPS Inc. is seeking a highly skilled technical professional for a remote role with 50-75% travel. You will serve as the primary contact for customers, solving complex formulation challenges while collaborating closely with R&D and commercial teams.

With a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 8-10 years of experience in application development, you will have the opportunity to build and maintain strong technical relationships. Excellent benefits, including medical and 401k match, are provided.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of hands-on experience in formulation, application development, and technical service.
• Strong background in emulsification, dispersing, defoaming, and rheology modification.
• Experience working with surfactants, water-soluble polymers, chelates, and acid-based catalysts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for customer R&D, production, and technical teams.
• Lead and manage a pipeline of technical opportunities, driving customer projects.
• Collaborate with internal R&D teams to support new product development.
