Job summary

Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. is seeking a full-time Technical Service Representative for the Equipment Support Team. You will deliver remote technical assistance for industrial gas equipment across North America, coordinating with Sales, Engineering, and internal teams.

The role requires overnight 10-hour shifts from Thursday to Sunday, with up to 5% travel. You will troubleshoot LOX, PSA, membranes, hydrogen stations, and other systems, while maintaining thorough documentation and customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong commitment to safety and safe work practices.
• Technical, mechanical, equipment maintenance, operations, or troubleshooting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical troubleshooting and support to customers, delivery drivers, Sales, Engineering, and other internal departments.
• Support safe, reliable, and efficient operation of customer equipment and systems.
• Evaluate incoming technical issues and coordinate the appropriate response.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process-related issues by phone using procedures and data.
• Monitor alarms via Advanced Systems alarm monitoring platform.
• Document and maintain issue records in SAP and other systems.
• Coordinate service requests and follow-up to ensure completion.
• Handle environmental incidents and other operational activities as assigned.
• Communicate status and next steps with customers and internal teams.
• Prioritize multiple issues to optimize scheduling and minimize interruptions.
