Job summary

International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. seeks a Technical Service Account Manager to deliver specialized support for enzyme and yeast applications in carbohydrate processing. You will work with sales teams, perform audits, analyze data, and train customers, while collaborating across R&D and marketing.

Remote with substantial travel to customer sites. The ideal candidate holds a science degree with 3–5 years in biotech/Carbohydrate Processing, and is proficient in data analysis and MS Office;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a scientific/technical discipline.
• 3–4 years in industrial biotechnology (enzymes, food, fuel alcohol).
• 3–5 years in Carbohydrate Processing environments.
• Strong data interpretation and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized technical and scientific support for enzyme and yeast applications.
• Collaborate with sales teams during customer meetings and trainings.
• Serve as internal technical expert on product lines, applications, and limitations.
• Perform plant visits for process audits, lab analysis, and optimization.
• Develop data-analysis tools to aid technical decisions and train customers.
