Job summary

Amsive is seeking an experienced SEO Manager in the United States to lead a small team of analysts and specialists. You will drive organic and AI search strategies, oversee audits, and serve as the primary client liaison for select accounts.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in agency SEO, deep technical knowledge, and a passion for data-driven content and optimization. This remote role requires US residency and EST/CST hours.

Qualifications

• 6+ years or more of experience contributing to or managing SEO programs, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven track record with SEO campaigns for medium to large brands.
• Strong knowledge of current SEO and AI search best practices, ranking factors, and cross-channel marketing.
• Familiarity with URL discovery, crawling, rendering, indexing, and crawl budget.
• Understanding of web performance and page speed optimizations.
• Experience with Screaming Frog and Google Search Console.
• Experience with enterprise SEO tools such as Botify, Lumar, OnCrawl, Ryte, BrightEdge, SEMrush, Ahrefs.
• Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration and project management.

Responsibilities

• Translate client objectives into effective organic and AI search marketing strategies.
• Conduct comprehensive, prioritized site audits and identify opportunities driving organic visibility and traffic at scale.
• Document recommended solutions and advise development teams on implementation.
• Develop business cases to convince clients to prioritize SEO initiatives.
• Derive strategic search queries and prompts to drive initiatives from organic and AI opportunities.
• Monitor site performance using SEO, AI, and analytics tools.
• Explain data discoveries relating to SEO initiatives and KPIs to clients.
• Lead a team of 1-3 members in executing client SEO and AI programs.
• Stay up to date on search industry trends and communicate them to clients and the team.
