Qualifications
- 4+ years delivering for engineering teams as Scrum Master or delivery lead.
- Engineering background or close to code to challenge estimates and risks.
- Proven coaching beyond facilitation to drive lasting change.
- Experience running Agile, Waterfall, and Kanban projects concurrently.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher for coaching a US team.
Responsibilities
- Own the flow for one or more mission teams from start to finish.
- Run Kanban with visible plans, pull-based work, and WIP limits.
- Identify architecture and integration dependencies before blockers.
- Coordinate mixed-methodology programs across multiple projects.
- Coach teams toward self-management and address old habits.
- Provide status reports on throughput, blockers, and milestones.
