Job summary

AspenView Technology Partners, Inc. is seeking a Scrum Master to lead delivery on core banking conversions for U.S. community and regional banks.

You will run agile within a fixed plan, managing cadence, RAID logs, and readiness, while coordinating with a QA specialist and analysts. The role is a full-time, remote nearshore position, working from Colombia or LATAM during U.S. Eastern/Central hours, with occasional weekend activities and early mock runs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years as a Scrum Master or delivery lead, including at least one fixed-date release that slipped.
• Experience coordinating work across organizations with dependencies tracked to closure.
• Comfort saying No with data and raising risks before they become issues.
• English at B2 level or above, able to run stand-ups with a U.S. bank’s operations team.

Responsibilities

• Own the sprint cadence for one or more conversion workstreams in Jira/Confluence or Azure DevOps.
• Translate the core vendor’s schedule into backlogs and sprint goals the team can hit.
• Flag mock dates at risk weeks before they arrive.
• Facilitate stand-ups, planning, reviews, and retrospectives, including post-mock retro.
• Track RAID log and readiness picture; manage cutover readiness and go/no-go.
