Job summary

AspenView Technology Partners, Inc. is seeking an experienced Scrum Master or delivery lead to run agile delivery for U.S. core banking conversions within a fixed vendor-driven timeline.

You will manage sprints and backlogs in Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps across conversion workstreams, facilitate ceremonies, and report status to steering committees with clear go/no-go checklists. You will own cadence, RAID log, and readiness while protecting the team from external churn.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as Scrum Master or delivery lead.
• Strong stakeholder communication in B2+ English.
• Experience coordinating cross-organization dependencies and raising risks early.
