Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Sr. Product Specialist to drive revenue growth and customer success through technical sales expertise.

You will represent our portfolio of scientific instruments, work with customers to understand needs, and deliver effective solutions that enable safer, cleaner environments and healthier futures. The role requires 3+ years of technical sales experience in life sciences, a bachelor’s degree in a science/engineering field, and strong CRM/Office skills.

Qualifications

3 years of technical sales experience in relevant scientific instrumentation or life sciences.
Bachelor's degree required; STEM fields preferred (Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering).
Deep technical knowledge of assigned product portfolio and applications.
Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and customer requirements.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent presentation and communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts.
Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities.
Ability to work independently and in a matrix environment.
Demonstrated project management and organizational skills.
Travel requirements of 50-75% within assigned territory.
