Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking dynamic Clinical Sales Specialists to drive revenue growth across the United States. In this field-based role, you will develop new business, build lasting customer relationships, and represent our diagnostic products, testing solutions, and services.

You will support different portfolios and territories, travel 50–75% as needed, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience applicable to opportunity.
• 3+ years of sales experience in diagnostics, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Proven track record developing new business and managing relationships.
• Experience managing territory, pipeline, and forecasts.
• Experience working cross-functionally in matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to meet sales objectives.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across segments and regions.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
• Apply consultative selling to understand needs and workflows.
• Communicate value of diagnostic products and services to customers.
• Drive adoption and utilization of solutions within accounts.
• Manage opportunities through lead generation, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
• Maintain territory plans, pipelines, accounts, and forecasts in CRM.
