Job summary

PROSOCO is seeking a remote regional sales specialist for the Concrete Flooring Group to grow sales across assigned US territories, delivering strategic product recommendations, technical expertise, and training to field teams and customers.

You will align with business goals, promote product selection, and build relationships to drive specifications, market penetration, and revenue, traveling as needed to client sites and trade shows.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; experience with concrete flooring preferred.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory for meetings and training.

Responsibilities

• Support regional sales to grow CFG markets in a defined territory.
• Promote PROSOCO products to reps, distributors, contractors, architects and engineers.
• Collaborate with field sales to answer questions on products, pricing and availability.
• Demonstrate product use with on-site training and advise on usage.
• Provide feedback to the PROSOCO lab to tailor products to client needs.
• Identify prospective customers via leads, trades shows, and events.
