Job summary

PROSOCO is seeking a sales-focused professional to drive growth in the Concrete Flooring Group across a defined US territory. You will deliver strategic product recommendations, provide technical expertise, and train field sales teams and customers.

You will promote products to reps, distributors, contractors, architects and engineers, while aligning with business development goals and market expansion.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, marketing and field support for building products.
• Strong communication, presentation and training abilities.
• Ability to assess customer needs and advise on product selection.

Responsibilities

• Support regional sales to grow CFG markets in a defined territory.
• Promote PROSOCO products to reps, distributors, contractors, architects, and engineers.
• Collaborate with field sales to answer questions on products, pricing, and availability.
• Demonstrate product features and provide onsite training.
• Provide ongoing technical support and feedback to product labs.
• Create and participate in sales presentations explaining specifications and applications.
• Identify prospective customers through leads, events, and trade shows.
