Qualifications
- 3+ years in composites industry or sales with proven success.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication with technical aptitude.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with new and existing customers in Western Michigan.
- Meet Territory Budget Goals on sales and gross profit margins.
- Prepare action plans to target and contact potential customers.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and inventory needs; identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Communicate pricing, inventory, product quality, and competitive information to customers and internal staff.
- Build strategic relationships as a technical resource and solutions provider.
