Ergon Inc. is seeking a Technical Sales and Marketing Specialist to drive revenue growth by executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives across assigned territories. You will translate complex technical concepts into clear, results-driven solutions for public works and engineering professionals.

This role combines technical knowledge with a client-focused sales approach, requiring strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills in a flexible hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or marketing.
• Experience in infrastructure, engineering services, SaaS, or public sector markets preferred.
• Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territories.
• Lead client interactions, including discovery discussions, presentations, and product demos.
• Collaborate on proposals and client solutions; assist pricing and contracts.
• Partner with marketing to align campaigns and outreach strategies.
• Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to improve products and positioning.
• Coordinate with operations and customer success to ensure smooth post-sale delivery.
