• Experience managing multi-million-dollar e-commerce and demand-gen accounts.
• Diagnose measurement, budgeting, targeting, and performance challenges with delivery teams.
• Led end-to-end technical audits turning evidence into prioritized growth opportunities.
• Presented technical recommendations to executives during new-business and expansion conversations.
• Coordinated sales, strategy, media, creative, and data contributors across audits and RFPs.
• Strengthened internal operations through audits, training, and improved workflows.
