Job summary
Höganäs is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to lead sales for our Additive Manufacturing & Advanced Ceramics division in North America. The role is remote (preferably in the eastern US) with nationwide travel up to 50% and limited European travel.
The position involves direct selling to new and existing end users and manufacturers, building strong customer relationships, and providing technical support, quotes, and presentations. A background in ceramic powders and engineering is essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; minimum five years in ceramic powder technologies or related markets.
- Experience using CRM systems, strong time management, and excellent communication/presentation skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50% and work autonomously with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Sells directly to new and existing end users and manufacturers, focusing on the advanced ceramic powders market in North America.
- Identifies prospective customers and builds relationships to generate future sales.
- Develops and delivers quotes, NDAs, contracts, presentations, proposals and product demonstrations.
