Job summary

Mondo is seeking a highly motivated Technical Recruiter to join our Philly team. This role is primarily remote with onsite presence once per week, ideal for a fast-paced, candidate-focused environment in tech.

You’ll own the full recruiting lifecycle nationwide—from sourcing and screening to scheduling and closing—while delivering an exceptional candidate experience and partnering with Account Managers to align talent with client needs.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in a sales centric recruiting environment (not a must have).
• Strong communication and people skills; ability to build trust quickly.
• Proactive, goal-oriented mindset; enjoys winning and helping others win.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities while keeping details tight.
• Confidence making calls and driving results through outreach.

Responsibilities

• Manage and build a strong candidate pipeline of technical professionals nationwide.
• Own the full recruiting process — sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing.
• Conduct cold calls, outreach, and follow-ups to engage top talent.
• Partner closely with Account Managers to align talent with client needs.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate data within our ATS.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to offer.
