This role supports full-cycle recruiting for federal programs, partners with hiring managers on priorities, and helps drive growth initiatives across proposals and staffing for mission-critical government projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4–6 years of technical recruiting in federal government contracting.
• Experience recruiting DevSecOps, software, cloud, data analytics, IT operations.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms (JazzHR) and recruiting technologies.
• Knowledge of security clearance processes preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and professional roles from requisition intake through offer acceptance and pre-onboarding.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring priorities, technical requirements, and workforce planning needs.
• Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
• Coordinate and facilitate interviews while ensuring efficient and positive candidate experience.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain pipelines of cleared technical talent for current and future hiring needs.
• Proactively engage passive candidates and cultivate long-term relationships within targeted talent communities.
• Leverage LinkedIn, JazzHR, professional networks, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
