Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support Technology and Product hiring teams in a remote capacity in the United States. You will focus on sourcing, quick pre-screens, and resume evaluation for high-priority full-area technical roles using Workday ATS.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruiting or sourcing experience, preferably technology/product focus.
• Experience conducting efficient, structured pre-screen conversations.
• Proven ability to source and engage technical talent in competitive markets.
• Hands-on experience with Workday ATS.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple requisitions and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a requisition load focused on approximately 18 high-priority Technology and Product roles.
• Execute proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels.
• Conduct quick, structured pre-screen interviews to assess skills and fit.
• Review and evaluate resumes for technical fit and communicate recommendations.
• Administer and coordinate the Cultural Index as part of screening.
• Maintain candidate activity and status updates in Workday ATS.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure timely movement.
• Support basic administrative tasks related to contractor hiring.
