Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support Technology and Product hiring teams in a fast-paced, remote environment. You will own top of funnel sourcing, fast pre-screens, resume evaluation, and close coordination with hiring managers while using Workday ATS.

This contract role requires W2 employment and offers comprehensive benefits. Experience in Technology and Product recruiting (3–5 years) and demonstrated success in competitive markets is preferred.Ability to manage ~18

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruiting or sourcing experience in technology roles.
• Experience using Workday ATS for candidate management.
• Strong communication and collaboration with hiring managers.
• Ability to manage high-volume requisitions and fast-paced pipelines.
• Willingness to work on a contract basis and remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Manage a load of ~18 high-priority Technology and Product roles within a larger 40+ requisitions environment.
• Proactively source candidates across multiple channels.
• Conduct quick, structured pre-screen interviews to assess fit.
• Review resumes for technical alignment and provide recommendations to teams.
• Coordinate the Cultural Index as part of screening when needed.
• Maintain candidate activity and status in Workday ATS.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure timely progression.
• Support basic administrative tasks related to contractor hiring.
