Job summary

Chamberlain Advisors is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our client’s Digital Technology / Cybersecurity Talent Acquisition team on a contract basis, supporting the Hiring Manager and HM Partner.

This role manages full life-cycle recruitment for technical and cybersecurity roles, carrying a caseload of 10–12 active requisitions and sourcing independently using LinkedIn, GitHub, and Boolean search to build diverse pipelines.

Qualifications

• Full life-cycle recruiting experience from sourcing through close.
• Ability to independently source passive candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub and Boolean search.
• Strong stakeholder management with a consultative approach.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced, agile environment with frequent changes.
• Comfortable working fully remote while maintaining Central time hours.
• Experience managing 10+ concurrent requisitions is preferred.
• Proficiency with ATS and standard recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life-cycle recruitment for technical and cybersecurity roles.
• Own a caseload of 10–12 active requisitions and prioritize across roles.
• Conduct independent passive sourcing to build diverse pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers as a consultative advisor influencing decisions.
• Screen, interview and present qualified candidates end-to-end.
• Track recruiting metrics and report on sourcing and interview-to-offer ratios.
• Participate in interviews, including 30-minute panels with managers.
