Cybermaksimum is seeking a Technical Project Manager to coordinate software development projects in the healthcare IT space. You will lead technical teams across development, QA, business analysis, and implementation, ensuring delivery from planning to deployment.

The role requires strong SDLC and Agile experience, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and manage inter-system integrations. This is a fully remote, long-term position with an international team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and SDLC.
• Technical background or hands-on experience in software development, systems analysis, QA, DevOps, or related fields.
• Ability to communicate effectively with developers and other technical specialists.
• Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and databases, plus fundamentals of software architecture.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Strong organizational skills and experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in an international remote team.
• Nice to have: experience managing integration projects; Healthcare IT, MedTech, EMR/EHR, or other medical IT products; knowledge of HL7, FHIR, or other medical data exchange standards; prior roles as Software Engineer, System Analyst, Technical Lead, or Solution Architect; experience with enterprise software solutions.
