Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Voice Workstream - Technical Project Manager to drive the FAA BNATCS contract. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, track milestones, and ensure successful system cutovers and CAIs.

Remote role with 75% travel; you will partner with stakeholders and vendors to deliver on-time, within budget, and with rigorous documentation. US citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust are required.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience with potential supervisory/lead roles.
• Experience in stakeholder management translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Expertise in scheduling, milestones (Gantt), and budgets.
• Strong admin and documentation skills including meeting notes, change logs, RFIs, and status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support Technical Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and executing project activities.
• Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, aligning project goals and expectations.
• Track and document project phases, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate equipment deliveries, vendor installations, and Contractor Acceptance Inspections (CAI).
• Validate installation completion, new system cutover, and CAI with vendors.
• Oversee vendors and contractors to align delivery and installation schedules.
• Coordinate handoff and disposition activities for legacy equipment.
• Maintain administrative documentation, including meeting minutes, change logs, RFIs, and status reports.
• Identify technical risks early and propose mitigation or contingency plans.
