P17 Solutions in Washington, DC is seeking a Project Manager to support the BNATCS implementation for the FAA. The role involves planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities, managing schedules, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure successful deployment across NAS locations.

You will collaborate with Program Managers, engineers, and FAA staff, prepare dashboards and management reports, and help with risk management, documentation, and closeout activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, IT, Aviation Management, or related field.
• 3–7 years of project management, coordination, or implementation experience.
• Must reside in the Atlantic City Region, NJ, Washington, DC, or Oklahoma City, OK.
• Experience with technical, infrastructure, systems integration, or facility modernization projects.
• Knowledge of scheduling, risk management, and PM principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support BNATCS project execution and task orders.
• Develop and maintain schedules, trackers, milestones, and reports.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, construction, logistics, installation, and operations.
• Monitor performance against schedule and delivery goals.
• Maintain project documentation, including minutes and risk/issue logs.
• Assist in risk identification, mitigation, and dependency management.
• Support site surveys, facility assessments, equipment deliveries, and testing events.
• Prepare presentations and management dashboards.
• Coordinate with FAA personnel and contractors on status and activities.
• Assist with deployment planning and project closeout activities.
