Job summary

P17 Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to support the FAA Brand-New Air Traffic Control System (BNATCS) implementation. You will plan, coordinate, and monitor infrastructure, communications, surveillance, and facility modernization across NAS locations, working with program managers, engineers, and FAA stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3–7 years of PM experience, with FAA suitability credentials and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3–7 years of project management experience.
• Experience supporting technical, infrastructure, systems integration, or facility modernization projects.

Responsibilities

• Support BNATCS project execution and task order activities.
• Develop and maintain schedules, trackers, milestones, and status reports.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, construction, logistics, installation, and operations teams.
• Monitor performance against schedule and delivery objectives.
• Maintain project documentation including risk logs and deployment plans.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate site surveys, equipment deliveries, installation, and testing events.
• Track expenditures and resource utilization.
• Prepare presentations, dashboards, and management reports.
• Coordinate with FAA personnel and contractor teams on status and activities.
• Support modernization planning at FAA facilities.
• Assist with project closeout and lessons learned.
