P17 Solutions LLC is seeking a Construction Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee BNATCS deployment activities across FAA facilities, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and budget alignment. You will interface with contractors, system integrators, FAA personnel, and engineering teams to deliver modernization on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing construction, facility modernization, infrastructure deployment, or capital improvement projects.
• Knowledge of scheduling methodologies, quality control processes, and safety requirements.
• Experience managing subcontractors, construction vendors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools like Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction and infrastructure projects supporting BNATCS deployments at FAA facilities such as ATCTs, TRACONs, ARTCCs, and related sites.
• Plan and coordinate site surveys, facility assessments, and pre-installation activities.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules, work plans, and installation sequencing.
• Oversee contractors performing renovation, electrical, HVAC, cabling, and equipment installation.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, OSHA, and environmental regulations and coordinate with stakeholders.
