Job summary

Bolder Apps is seeking a Technical Project Manager to run software and mobile app projects for our US-based clients. You’ll own delivery across multiple concurrent engagements, coordinating with clients and our engineering teams, including AI-augmented workflows.

You should have 3+ years of technical project management in an agency or consultancy, experience juggling multiple clients and stacks, and strong communication to translate business needs into technical scope.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a technical project manager in software development.
• Agency or consultancy background with multi-client delivery experience.
• Mobile app development project experience and understanding of release cycles.
• English proficiency at C1 or above and strong client communication.
• Overlap with US Eastern time during client coordination.
• Comfortable with AI-augmented development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery for multiple concurrent client projects with distinct scopes and timelines.
• Run day-to-day management of mobile app development projects: sprint planning, backlog grooming, release coordination.
• Bridge client needs and engineering constraints; translate business asks into technical scope.
• Track budget, timeline, and scope; flag risks early with a remediation plan.
• Coordinate QA, staging, and release handoffs to ensure quality before shipping.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation and status for the team.
• Lead client-facing standups, demos, and status calls during US business hours.
• Push back on scope creep and aggressive timelines with proactive planning.
