Job summary

McGraw Hill is seeking a results-driven Project Manager for a remote role based in the United States. You will partner with product management, engineering, QA, and business partners to deliver roadmap projects on-time, within scope, and with high quality.

You will lead agile teams, remove impediments, and ensure alignment with milestones while managing risks and dependencies across programs. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Advanced degree is a plus.
• Fluency with AI tools and emerging technologies to improve project planning and collaboration.
• PM experience managing timelines, resources and scope to meet requirements.
• Excellent written and oral communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively identifies and removes impediments to ensure successful delivery of team commitments.
• Monitors schedule compliance and escalates issues as needed.
• Owns and drives issue resolution and risk mitigation.
• Drives on-time, on-scope, and on-quality delivery across milestones and end-to-end user experience.
• Facilitates project releases and maintains release plans.
• Coaches one or more Scrum teams and champions agile methodologies.
• Keeps project artifacts up to date and communicates with stakeholders.
