Quartz Health Solutions is seeking a Technical Project Delivery Specialist to oversee Digital Technology and Data workstreams, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and quality across initiatives.

The role bridges strategy and execution, coordinates cross-functional teams, tracks SLAs/KPIs, and aligns with business objectives. Remote work with occasional travel to Madison, WI office is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business management, or related field with 2+ years of project or service delivery management experience.
• Or associate degree in computer science, information technology, business management, or related field with 5+ years of project or service delivery management experience.
• Or high school equivalency with 8+ years of project or service delivery management experience.

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery and Quality: ensure deliverables meet quality, compliance, and customer expectations.
• Track dependencies and risks and support mitigation activities.
• Follow SDLC methodologies and regulatory requirements with audits and reviews at milestones.
• Track SLAs, KPIs, and delivery metrics and report to leadership.
• Review schedules and resource plans to identify bottlenecks and improve workflow.
