Job summary

Quartz Health Solutions is seeking a Technical Delivery Specialist to lead and coordinate the delivery of Digital Technology and Data initiatives in Wisconsin. You will bridge strategy and execution, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while meeting quality standards and compliance.

You will monitor progress, track metrics and SLAs, and engage with stakeholders across cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of project or service delivery management
• OR associate degree with 5+ years of project or service delivery management
• OR high school equivalency with 8+ years of project or service delivery management
• Experience with healthcare claims systems, Epic Systems, and Identity and Access Management systems
• Experience with delivery and collaboration tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, and Confluence
• Strong communication skills with leadership abilities to guide diverse teams
• Expertise in project management and organizational planning

Responsibilities

• Supports project delivery with quality reviews, testing, and validation checkpoints
• Tracks dependencies, risks, and mitigations; maintains risk logs and escalation
• Follows SDLC methodologies and regulatory requirements; participates in audits and reviews
• Tracks SLAs, KPIs, and delivery metrics; reports to leadership and supports corrective action
• Reviews schedules, resource plans, and timelines to improve workflow efficiency
• Coordinates cross-functional teams and clarifies responsibilities and timelines
• Shares project status and risks with stakeholders via dashboards and meetings
• Assists with budget tracking and alignment with financial objectives
• Participates in evaluations of emerging technologies to improve delivery efficiency
