Everforth Apex is seeking a Technical Program Manager V to drive launch readiness for wearable-device integration with mobile applications. You will bridge device programs and mobile app engineering, ensuring seamless execution and timely communication across teams.

The role emphasizes strong program management across QA, software release cycles, and cross-functional collaboration, with opportunities to automate reporting and tracking processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management with cross-functional teams, including QA.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive updates and release communications.
• Experience with software release management and QA processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary link between Device Programs and Mobile App engineering teams.
• Track deliverables against milestones with Engineering and QA teams.
• Coordinate with Wearables pods to ensure milestone delivery and status updates to leads.
• Identify and automate workflows for status reporting and deliverable tracking.
• Ensure feature readiness for weekly mobile app releases and drive milestones to completion.
• Address blockers and critical bugs by engaging owners and driving resolution.
• Maintain data accuracy in the project orchestration tool and follow up with owners.
