Job summary

AMD is seeking a Senior Program Manager to own end-to-end AI cluster delivery across the full lifecycle—from solution architecture and planning through NPI validation, internal and external deployments, customer support readiness, and lab capacity execution.

This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, risk management, and cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to operate in complex hardware, firmware, software, networking, and datacenter-scale environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/CE/EE or equivalent.
• Not eligible for Visa Sponsorship or Transfer.

Responsibilities

• Defines and drives end-to-end AI cluster delivery programs across architecture, platform readiness, validation, deployment, and lifecycle execution.
• Applies program management principles across multi-domain, stakeholder-driven initiatives.
• Maintains integrated schedules, resource and lab capacity plans, deployment plans, risk/issue logs, and executive status summaries.
• Improves deployment readiness processes, lab capacity planning, and cross-team operating rhythms for efficiency and predictability.
• Publishes program performance data through dashboards, readiness reviews, and deployment health indicators.
• Identifies actions, owners, and mitigations for risks affecting schedule, capacity, deployment, and customer impact.
