Job summary

Morpho is seeking a Technical Program Manager for its Protocol team to drive roadmaps, coordinate cross-functional work, and manage external audits. You will partner with product, engineering, and governance to ensure timely releases and strong program discipline.

Ideal candidates have strong technical communication, a background in research-heavy environments, and a proven ability to operate in fast-changing contexts while maintaining ownership and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Program Management or related role in advanced technical environment.
• Excellent technical communication; distill complex information for leadership.
• Deep command of program management methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain protocol roadmaps in Linear with schedules, dependencies, milestones.
• Own communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to align on protocol changes, releases, dependencies.
• Monitor project health and anticipate risks across the portfolio to avoid blockers.
• Coordinate syncs across protocol, product, and engineering; drive decisions and follow-ups.
• Manage relationships with audit firms: negotiate contracts, track audits, line up auditor availability with timelines.
• Define and improve Morpho's program management process as the team scales.
