Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies seeks a Technical Program Manager III for a 12-month remote engagement. You will support Hardware Design TPMs to drive engineering design deliverables, manage hardware component delivery, and create development schedules.

The ideal candidate has strong program management experience in product development, familiarity with fabrication processes, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering design deliverables (specs, DOE, validation plans).
• Deliver hardware components for development builds and drive qualification.
• Create development, delivery, and qualification schedules.
• Organize program structure for clarity and leadership.
• Report program status and identify potential setbacks.
• Coordinate cross-functional and external partner communications.
• Ensure program documents are complete and up-to-date.
