Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies in Redmond, WA is seeking a Technical Program Manager II for a 9-month on-site assignment, with possible extension. The role focuses on defining, implementing, and delivering complex cross-functional programs involving engineering, vendors, and business teams.

You will lead programs from design through production, manage budgets and schedules, and communicate with executives to align priorities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field required.
MBA or a related advanced degree preferred.
PMP or PMI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver programs within defined scope, quality, schedule, and budget constraints.
Lead cross-functional, multi-project initiatives requiring broad alignment across engineering, operations, and vendor teams.
Manage overseas contract manufacturing vendors, interfacing with their engineering teams.
Oversee all phases from design through OK to Fab, including hardware development processes.
Ensure effective project planning and tracking in large-scale environments.
Provide program-level strategic planning and status communication to executives.
Manage and influence internal teams and contractors to deliver high-quality systems.
Engage with vendors to align expectations, schedules, and deliverables.
