Figma is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our Technology Services team. In this role, you'll partner with our Business and Technology groups to lead cross-functional programs that scale.

The position is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States. You will champion AI and automation adoption, manage dependencies, and guide teams toward repeatable practices while delivering on commitments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program and project management experience in a cloud/SaaS environment.
• Ability to dive into technical details and guide conversations across audiences.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity with autonomy to create clarity and momentum.
• Proven track record of knowledge sharing and transparent collaboration.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools; ability to tailor use to team needs.
