Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager for the Enterprise Business Systems team. The TPM will lead complex cross-functional programs focused on business applications and FinTech, drive Agile delivery, manage stakeholders, and ensure outcomes aligned with business objectives.

The role requires navigating detailed technical topics and high-level strategy, anticipating issues, upholding architecture standards, leading technical discussions, and representing the customer.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of software development experience, preferably in FinTech.
• Proven TPM or similar role experience.
• Strong NetSuite experience.
• Track record of program management from kickoff through delivery.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• PM/CSM certifications are a plus.

Our client seeks an experienced Technical Program Manager for the Enterprise Business Systems team. The role leads complex cross-functional programs focused on business applications and FinTech. The TPM will drive Agile delivery, manage stakeholders, and ensure outcomes that meet business objectives. The TPM will navigate detailed technical topics and high-level strategy, anticipate issues, uphold high standards for architecture, lead technical discussions, and represent the customer.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $70.00 to $75.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master and facilitate Agile ceremonies while ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop, own, and maintain the team roadmap aligned to business objectives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with transparent communication and collaboration.
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
• Multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively while driving continuous improvement.
• Support process, tool, and methodology improvements to enhance team performance.

Experience Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role, preferably within FinTech or Enterprise Business Systems.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in the software development industry, preferably with FinTech experience.
• Strong NetSuite experience.
• Track record of program management across all phases from kickoff through delivery.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and thought leadership across the program lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including leading Agile ceremonies and acting as Scrum Master.
• Exceptional stakeholder management with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, team player, and flexible.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM, or equivalent are a plus.

Education Requirements

• BA/BS in Computer Science or other relevant engineering experience.
