Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager II for remote US work. You will lead enterprise-scale technology initiatives spanning Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Operations, guiding migrations and transformations with executive sponsorship.

W2 consultants receive a robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and life insurance. The role pays $65.00–$75.00 per hour with regular 30+ hour weekly schedules.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience.
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise technology programs.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience managing migrations, integrations, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, AWS, and distributed systems.
• Experience working with Oracle Fusion and ERP/HRIS systems.
• Experience in high-growth technology organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technical programs and platform initiatives.
• Manage program planning, dependencies, risks, stakeholder communications, and execution across multiple teams.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Infrastructure, and Operations leaders to drive strategic initiatives.
• Provide executive-level reporting, risk management, and progress updates.
• Drive operational excellence, process improvements, and data-driven decision making.
• Support agile planning and execution across quarterly and annual roadmaps.
• Manage complex migrations, integrations, and enterprise technology initiatives.
