Releady is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (Data & Insights) in San Francisco, with a strong background in enterprise data platforms, data engineering, and BI to own the end-to-end Book of Work for the Data & Insights team.

This role partners with Go-To-Market, Product & Engineering, Finance, People/HR, and Security to align data initiatives with business outcomes and drive structured, scalable delivery across a fast-paced enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading complex technology and data initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and centralize the end-to-end Book of Work and portfolio.
• Partner with stakeholders to capture demand and align dependencies.
• Institute governance, intake frameworks, and delivery discipline.
• Drive end-to-end execution of high-visibility data programs.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, retrospectives, and QBRs.
• Build and maintain executive dashboards for visibility.
