The Data & Insights Team (Technology, Data & Intelligence)
The Data & Insights (D&I) organization is a mission-critical pillar within Client's Technology, Data & Intelligence (TDI) department. D&I is responsible for defining and executing Client’s enterprise data strategy —building and scaling cloud data platforms, data engineering pipelines, business intelligence tools, and AI/ML data capabilities that fuel company-wide decision-making.
Partnering closely with executive and business stakeholders across Go-To-Market (GTM Tech & Ops), Product & Engineering, Finance, People/HR, and Security, the D&I team establishes a trusted single source of truth across the enterprise. From driving robust data governance and self-service analytics to enabling advanced AI capabilities, D&I empowers Client to operate with speed, security, and intelligence.
The Technical Program Manager, Data & Insights Opportunity
This role is a key driver in establishing operational rigor and execution discipline across Data & Insights. You will oversee the overall Book of Work and Portfolio for Data & Insights, partnering closely with peer program managers, TDI leadership, and internal business partners to align priorities with company outcomes. This is a high-impact position for an operations-minded builder who wants to help transform our team's Ways of Working (WoW) into a highly efficient, predictable execution engine in order to provide robust, trusted valuable data for Client.
What you’ll be doing
- Oversee and centralize the end-to-end Book of Work and portfolio for Data & Insights, ensuring total transparency across active, queued, and strategic initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders across D&I and internal business teams to capture demand, align cross-functional dependencies, and connect data initiatives directly to core business outcomes.
- Bring rigor and structure to the team's Ways of Working (WoW), standardizing Agile/Scrum/Kanban practices tailored to data engineering, analytics, and business intelligence lifecycles.
- Work closely with the Director, Enterprise Technology Operations and peer program managers to institute consistent governance, intake frameworks, and delivery discipline across TDI.
- Drive end-to-end execution of high-visibility data programs, including enterprise data pipeline migrations, and data governance.
- Facilitate core operational cadences and ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, retrospectives, and QBR prep) to remove friction and accelerate velocity.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and connective tissue between technical data leads, Enterprise Technology, TDI, and business partners across the enterprise.
- Build and maintain structured communication channels, Confluence hubs, and executive dashboards to provide clear visibility into team throughput, delivery performance, and portfolio health.
What you’ll bring to the role
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or Program Manager driving complex technology and data initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid data domain context, with familiarity in data platform concepts, ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehousing, BI/analytics tooling, AI data foundations, and data governance.
- Mastery of Agile/Scrum/Kanban delivery methodologies, with a proven ability to apply structure and operational rigor to technical workflows.
- Strong systems thinking and operational drive—a track record of partnering with operations leadership to build structured execution models, streamline workflows, and elevate delivery quality.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with proven ability to align cross-functional business partners and technical leads around shared priorities.
- A "Builder" and "Team Multiplier" mindset—passionate about creating scalable processes that enable teams without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Ability to bring clarity to complex, ambiguous situations by prioritizing effectively and distilling technical data into clear strategic narratives for executive leadership.
