Releady in San Francisco, CA seeks an experienced Technical Program Manager (Data & Insights) to own end-to-end portfolio and ensure alignment with business outcomes across GTM, Product, Engineering, Finance, People/HR, and Security.

Remote work possible; contract through April 2027; a builder who transforms Ways of Working into a predictable execution engine.

You'll bring structure to cross-functional programs, governance, and delivery discipline, partnering with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a TPM/PM driving complex data initiatives in fast-paced environments.
• Strong data domain context with data platform concepts, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data governance.
• Mastery of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban, applying structure to technical workflows.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Experience building scalable processes without adding bureaucracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end Book of Work and portfolio for Data & Insights.
• Capture demand and align cross-functional dependencies with business outcomes.
• Standardize Agile practices for data engineering, analytics, and BI lifecycles.
• Institute governance, intake frameworks, and delivery discipline with Enterprise Tech Ops.
• Drive end-to-end data program execution including pipelines migrations and governance.
• Lead cadences and ceremonies to accelerate delivery velocity.
• Serve as trusted advisor between data leads, Enterprise Tech, and business partners.
• Maintain executive dashboards showing throughput and portfolio health.
