Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end projects, managing timelines and stakeholder communication.
• Drive agile adoption and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering and product to validate integrations (APIs, cloud, data moves).
• Serve as primary liaison between technical and non-technical teams.
• Create and maintain clear documentation, playbooks and guides.
• Improve onboarding frameworks to reduce time-to-value.
• Identify and resolve blockers to maintain momentum.
• Maintain customer-centric focus and measurable outcomes.
• Adapt in a fast-moving environment with clear structure and accountability.
